The Eat Plants and Feel Whole 18-Day Challenge is a facilitator-led, socially connected plan “for people who want rapid and dramatic health change”. The 18-day plan is based on the book “Eat Plants Feel Whole” book by Dr. George Guthrie, a nationally recognized lifestyle medicine physician from Advent Health Hospital in Orlando Florida.
The challenge will focus on achieving rapid health improvements by implementing three areas of the Newstart programs 8 Laws of Health: Nutrition, Exercise, and Water. Participants will commit to eating a whole-food plant-based diet, exercising fifteen to thirty minutes a day, and drinking eight to twelve glasses of water each day.
